AD Integrated Authentication Working but can't Retrieve the users name
Hi - what a great bit of software - especially combined with ocs-ng
I have got GLPI integrated with Active Directory for authentication - but I can't get it to retreive the users name. So it says Welcome , rather than Welcome Mr F Blogs,
Currently have name in the options set to samaccount name
Any suggestions??

After the first connection, your user is insered into glpi table users
So you can retrieve the users name the the users table of glpi database, no ?

I can login, but the user is not added into the users table - I guess this is becasue the users name is not being retrieved.

do you use adsi edit for use the good options ?
my config :
Hote LDAP : ldap://server.domain.com
..
name samaccountname
email mail
location physicaldeliveryofficename
realname name
don't use capital letter !
