Update from glpi v. 9.1.6 to 9.2.3

I have GLPI 9.1.6 installed in a Windows 2008 Server with WAMPServer 2.5 with
- Apache: 2.4.9
- mySQL: 5.6.17
- php: 5.5.12

The version 9.2.3 needs PHP version 5.6, and now we have PHP version 5.5.12.

What is the best way to update PHP, updating WAMP or PHP independently?

The problem is that to install the WAMP 3.0, you have to uninstall the WAMP 2.5 that we currently have and we would lose all the custom configurations.

What steps do you recommend us to follow?
