Notifications templates.

Hello.
Can somebody send me html-code of the "Ticket" template body from 9.21 version?

My is:

After update 9.21 we started to recive all ticket notifications as "New Ticket".
When we update ticket, add comment or other things, we still recive "New Ticket" notifications without changed info.
I think that there is some problem with

##IFticket.storestatus=5##

but I can't understand how this tag works.
Is there any english documentation on what this ticket satatuses means?
