Plugin Ocs serfer
the ocs plugin is not importing the software but it is activated on the ocs server.

Can you see softwares in ocs-reports?
Maybe ocs client is unable to load software.

We see the software list in ocs-reports but this don´t appear in the GLPI Page.

All softwares are imported from OCSNG.
If the option Use the OCSNG software dictionnary is defined to Yes into Plugin Server Setup and OCSNG dictionary not used, no software will be imported.
To correct, set the option to No and re-synchronize all computers.
