Slowness when creating ticket

We are experiencing slowness when creating a new ticket, it hangs about + 5 min and all the site hangs so you can't browse other parts of glpi because it shows loading page, this only happens when creating a new ticket and it's random, sometimes the ticket creates inmediately sometimes +5 min.

I have noticed that when the ticket get created and happens this slowness the ticket does not contain the actors, is the only thing that is not present in the just created ticket, maybe a problem with registering the actors in de DB?

Do you use email notification about new ticket? Check your mail server perfomance.

Wow, I don't think it's a GLPI problem.

Check server performance, like CPU usage, memory, internal network.

Your GLPI server is the same computer?

Have another service running on?

Check logs under $GLPI/files/_log/*
