Hello everyone,
I have a profile for supervisors named 'supervisor', all the permissions for Assistence / tickets are checked except for 'see all tickets', however I'm not able to see all the tickets created by my groups, I can only see the tickets where I'm an actor, could you please help me to achive this?
I have these groups, TI, TI -> Development and TI -> Security, I'm checked as Manager and Delegate for these groups
My glpi version is 9.1.1

To see all tickets created by your groups:
- ticket must have the group defined as requester's group
- you must have right to see tickets created by my groups in your profil
- you must be member of the group defined in the ticket

Thank you yllen, I've also downloaded behaviors plugin to ensure that the tickets are assigned to the user related group.
