I have a situation that ticket raised through the category and inside the category there is a group of technicians added and when ticket is raised it will go to the desired group of technicians and then the technician solved the ticket. But how can i find that which technician from a group solved the ticket. Please help me out in this. v0.glpi-0.90.5

this is very lengthy step to open every ticket and see the ticket history. I just want to see that in a report that which tech solved which ticket. Please help me out in this.

This plugin allows you to add optional behaviors to GLPI.
new parameter : can't solve/close a ticket without Technician assigned
