Encoding's problem

Hi, I have encoding's problem on notifications emails sent by GLPI with strange caracters. I thought that it came from the mailserver but when I saw the test mail I discovered that is sent correctly without any strange caracters. It's also applied to the mails' subject who are displayed normally. Can you tell me how can I apply this normal encoding to the mail's body too???
