Allowing mail domain to create Ticket via E-Mail

Hello Everyone,

I am new to this community and first of all i want to congratulate people who create GLPI, keep up the great work guys ..

I manage to install and configure program to run mailgate and create ticket via e-mail.
I have couple questions about setting mailgate properly.

1#
I know if user set email address he could create tickets

but the real question is if it is possible to allow users from mail domain ( e.g. @maildomain.com ) to create tickets in GLPI ? because users from non LDAP cannot create tickets sad

2#
Last but not least , could you explain me "Number of emails to retrieve ". Cron waits for number of emails ( default is 10 , so it wait for 10 emails to run ?) to retrieve or its retrive 1 mail per minute ( so if I have 10 emails i will last 10 minutes to recieve all ? )

3#

It is possible to migrate all hardware from user to another user ?

I am looking forward to hearing from you
Best Regards,
Maćko

Re: Allowing mail domain to create Ticket via E-Mail

Hi,
1)  allow anonymous creation : setup>general>assistance> anonymous creation=Yes
if you have set mail domain in entity setting
2) create a new rule for assign entities
-logical operator AND
-criteria mail header regulat expression matches /@(*.)/
            mail domain is known
-action entity from domain assign from expression #0

if you dont have set entities domain or if you dont use entities

for create a rule
if header  does not contain "@domain1" and header does not contain domain 2 ......
action reject email

Re: Allowing mail domain to create Ticket via E-Mail

answer#1
setup>general>default values> section ASSITANCE
but : each user can change its own default  setting in preference (clicking on his name top right of screen)

aswer#2
create a buisness rule : if collector="Mycollector" then Group ASSIGN "IT" and modifiy notification new ticket recipients to "group assign"

OR
in setup>notifications>notifications>[MyNotifForNewTickets]>recipients> GroupIT. so group it will be notified without beeing assigned.
