What is a Netpoint?

Hi,

To me someone can explain which a Netpoint (Prise reseau) meant.
Ideal way please in English, otherwise on French i understands a few sentences.

Hi,

I would describe NetPoint as a network socket, where you plug in your network adapter.
The same socket ist lacated at your patchpanel from where you patch it to a switchport (network port in glpi).
