posting new helpdesk tiket:Unable to add the ticket, check the databas
hi,
im getting the above error msg after moving everything to a new webserver & mysql-instance.
i traced it backed to:
\glpi\locales\en_GB.php>>>
$LANG["tracking"][10]="Unable to add the ticket, check the database";
but why is this "exception" getting thrown?
any ideas?
