EMail Receiver HELP!!

Hi,

I have configure GLPI RC2 to recieve responses to tickets using the receivers option in the config.

Is it possible to strip the old parts of the incoming email using rules so that you only get the persons actual reply and not the entire history again each time they do.

I have a number of lazy users here that are insistant on emailing responses rather than signing in to the web console!
