Ticket Number

Hi,

I'm testing GLPI a few days. I create a lot of testing tickets. Now I want to reset it to begin from 0.

It is possible? If it is how do I do it?

You can't do it in GLPI

You have to purge 2 tables glpi_tracking and glpi_followups
I think it will be good after this.

/var/lib/mysql/glpi/glpi_tracking_planning.MYI
/var/lib/mysql/glpi/glpi_tracking_planning.frm

What I need to do with this files?

Mostly you do nothing with this files !
You must use a tool to manage your mysql database, phpmyadmin for example, to clear the tables.
