Notification of contract

Hi all,

Can anyone help me with this problem?

I've notification setup to send email alert if contract expired in a month and it's never worked.

I ran a test email from Set up and received it so confirm smpt working. But when i try under Alarm Option => Select administrator and run test, I never receive it.
