Field request info: SLA and get priority of the urgency and impact
Hi, we are testing GLPI and we need can put the priority according to urgency and impact, its possible?
Also we need info of how go SLA dev, are you doing some plugin or similar? this will be implemented in future versions?

SLA and other ITIL stuff are on the roadmap for 0.75...

The actual stable version is 0.71.5, a few years to get the version 0.75... you were joking or I'm wrong? :S
