Hi, Is it possible to stop an email being sent to the entire group when someone in that group opens a ticket and assigns it to themselves?
We have just started using GLPI this week and are finding the email trail a bit over-bearing when someone from our group opens a new ticket for their tracking purposes, the entire group receives an email.
Basically if the ticket is assigned to the group but not to a user, then the entire group should receive an email but if the ticket is assigned to a specific support tech then only they (and the requester) should receive the email notifications.
I hope i am explaining this clearly enough!
