Add new field in Helpdesk
Hello, there are provided or of any plugin to add a new field to create an impact? The idea is to categorize incidents by type, ie, if users query, or if incidence systems, etc.. If there is not some plugin doing that?

Not yet, but there is an ITIL ticket (on the roadmap) about Impact / Urgence / Priority
