How use the criteria Existence in OCSNG Mode

Hi,

Could you please explain me how use the criteria Existence in OCSNG Mode, I have a issue with the sincronization between GLPI and OCS, some PCs doesn't appear in glpi... but if I search it in OCS this PCs are there!..!

Hello :

Existance is used only in one case : when you create manually a computer in GLPI or when you inject it using a CSV file. Theses criterias are used to check if the computer coming from OCS exists in the target entity

during the import :
1/ GLPI detects a new computer
2/ it runs rules engine in order to determine the computer's target entity
3/ in this entity, GLPI create a request, using the parameters defined in Existance criteria
4/ if the request returns one and only one result, then there's an automatic fusion of the GLPI's computer and the one coming from OCS

in your case, if you have computers in OCS and not in GLPI, you should check your affectation rules.
