Authentication error with LDAP (Active Directory)

Dears,

I'm using external AUthentication for all my users (LDAP with Active Directory). Today all my users can't access to GLPI and get the following message "Incorrect username or password".

I can connect only with internal user.

I test the connection to LDAP from GLPI and I get the following messages "Test successful (Main server : <SUS>)

I'm using glpi 0.7.1.5 version

Can someone helpme with this problem?

Regards
Gonzalo

Re: Authentication error with LDAP (Active Directory)

hello
if it was working before and it's currently not, then you have to check your rootuser/pass and on your directory was has changed
it may not be related to glpi, but to be sure, you have to enable debug mode and look for errors in glpi's logfiles

Re: Authentication error with LDAP (Active Directory)

Hi,

I enable debug mode on GLPI and now get the following messages
PHP ERROR: ldap_bind() [function.ldap-bind]: Unable to bind to server: Invalid credentials in /var/www/glpi/inc/auth.class.php at line 162
PHP ERROR: ldap_bind() [function.ldap-bind]: Unable to bind to server: Invalid credentials in /var/www/glpi/inc/auth.class.php at line 162
PHP ERROR: ldap_bind() [function.ldap-bind]: Unable to bind to server: Invalid credentials in /var/www/glpi/inc/auth.class.php at line 162

What credentials use GLPI for authenticate the user, rootuser or directly the credentials of user ?

I probe the connection with root user from GLPI and it works
"Test successful (Main server : <SUS>)", but the login page my users can't authenticate

Thanks in advanced

Regards

The users was moved to another tree on LDAP structure

I modified the organization unit with the correct information and now the authentication of all my users are works fine
