Project Plugin: Gantt Charts not working

GLPI 0.71.5
Platform: Ubuntu 8 + Mysql + Apache

I have installed everything as per requirements for project plugin.
I had it working in 0.71.1, as soon as i switched to 0.71.5, i'm not getting Project Gantt Graphs.

The only picture that i see is a yellowish exclamation mark, where should be Gantt Chart Picture.

Anyone experiencing this error?

PHP ERROR: imagepng() [function.imagepng]: Unable to open '../../files/_plugins/projet/gantt-32656762.png' for writing: No such file or directory in /var/www/plugins/projet/inc/gantt.class.php at line 1019

How do you upgrade ?

Does files/_plugins/projet/ directory exists and is writable for apache user ?

Remi, thanks a lot.
There was no projet directory under _plugins.
Once I created it, gantt charts were generated.
