Hardware report-multiple screens

I would like to be able  produce a report of  users who have 1 screen and who have multiple screens ( 2 screens ).

Could you help please...

We have users who use 1 or 2 monitors, is it possible to produce the report of computers with 1 and computers with 2 monitors?
