How I can manage tickets' types?

Hi,

I was searching in the tickets and roadmap, and i see not the follow characterists and GLPI last version. I want manage tickets or incidents types. For example: when a incidents is DEFECT, UPDATE, NEW REQUERIMENT, CHANGE.

I want not the following schema managed for categories, because option multiply and the user interface would be inappropriate:

NEW REQUERIMENT
  >>Payment
  >>RRHH
  >>Financial
  >>ERP
  >>CRM
DEFECT
  >>Payment
  >>RRHH
  >>Financial
  >>ERP
