Please if someone could let me know what to do so that when I attempt to use the helpdesk.html I find out that there is an error "No category in your ticket, please retry" and I am not sure how to handle this. Please advise. I just within the last few weeks installed and am learning it for use.
I am on centOS and I am using the latest version of GLPI 0.71.5
done with the tar and running with Moz, no special changes were made save translation of helpdesk.html to english from French.
I did the full install. Please advise.

One more thing? Is there a programmed way to have the category be added to the HTML?

If you need all fields, i think it's better to use the post-only interface than the helpdesk html
