Cannot add new report
When I go to the report screen I cannot add new reports. The "+" sign is not active. I cannot find how to activate this feature. Could someone please point me in the right direction?

To add a new report you must write it.
To do this, you must know programmation with php and mysql . Are you OK for this ?
