helpdesk.public entities dropdown

Hi:

We've got configured a lot of entities and subentities. With the super user admin if we press in the entities link the dropdown displays ok we have to deploy every entity to see the subentities with the "+" button. But in the helpdesk.public with users that only have permision in some entities, if we press in the entities link to change all the subentities appears deployed, and we cannot fold them.

Anyone knows how to change this to the behaivour being similiar than in the user admin with the "+" button.

Hi:

I've been testing a fix bug in ajax/dropdownUsers.php but not works!! I don't want to put a bug, because I dont know if this is a bug or it have to work in this way.

Even if you don't want to file a bug you must give information about your configuration.

without informations, how do we know if it's a bug you encountered or just a normal feature ?
