I deleted some software entries in GLPI, and it doesn't come back over when syncing with OCS. Is there any way to restore the deleted software?
My Configuration: GLPI .72.3 running on XAMPP from a VMware Virtual Machine (Windows XP). PHP 5.2, Apache 2.2.3...

You need to unlock softwares from computers.
Without it deleted softwares will not be imported again.
GLPI suppose that all manual actions have higher priority than OCS ones (automatic)
