Closed ticket notification

I enabled notification and it is working great except when I close a ticket. I don't receive any email with the subject "Ticket closed the xxxxxdatexxxx".

I've checked the logs and there is no sign of any email sent every time I close a ticket.

Any ideas?

Central > Setup > Notifications  > Notifications options

What do you have in : "When closing a ticket" ?

I have Requester and Profile admin but anyway I don't receive any notification.

I'm using version 0.71.5 and I receive New Ticket, Ticket Update, New Ticket Update and Update but no Closed.

Check your mail.log in glpi/files/_log .

Hi,

I was checking everything and start from scratch several times and still I don't get the closed ticket notification.
In the _log folder I only have 1 file called: remove.txt
