Problem with the time when I registered a ticket

Hi...

I have a little issue. when I closed a ticket, the time is not the correct!! in my PC is 16:30 but when I closed the ticket the GLPI register 17:30!! I change in general configuration - GMT - 5 hours but it doesn't work!!

Could you please help me??

Please check the configuration of your server.

Hi.
I have a problem, when I close a Ticket, GLPI register a different time, for example in my PC is 8:30, so when I close a Ticket the glpi register 9:30, one hour different. I checked in Setup - General and I set GMT - 5 because this is my time zone, but it doesn't work. I checked the server when the glpi was installed but the time is Ok,.
Could you please help me with this issue?

Im tried.. I did set in the php ... I wrote date.timezone = GMT-5
but it doesnt work .... I dont Know.... What can Ido
