LDAP and disappearing user

My GLPI authenticates against LDAP (active directory) and is perfectly working.
I have deleted some users in GLPI and now I have to insert some of them again in GLPI.
Here is the problem: the users I'm searching for are not found when trying to import new users but they are still there (in ative directory I mean).
If I move a user from an organizational unit to another one that specific user is shown when syncing already imported users but after the sincronization that user is not in GLPI users list.
What am I doing wrong or what am I missing?

Have you pruge then ? else they are still present in the GLPI trash.
