Entity administrator's email cause error sending email
When you configure the entity administrator's email and open or modify a new ticket you receive an error message "The following From address failed: <email>" where <email> is the email associated to entity administrator.
Workaround: include a semicolon (";") after the administrator's email address.

MySQL 5.0
PHP 5
Windows 2003 Server with IIS 6
