GLPI adds 1 hour to the real time

Hello

My glpi is installed in:

Windows server 2003

Apache 2.2.1
MySql 5.1.32
Php 5.2.9
GLPI 0.71.5

Browser: IE7

I have configured it in GMT -5 but it always adds one hour the real time example

real time 14:00
glpi time 15:00

How can I solve this issue.

Have a look to the configuration of your php.ini.
