Upgrade from 0.68 to .071

Hi All,

I'm looking at an upgrade from 0.68.3 to the latest stable. Some of the previous issues I had seem to of gone away.

I have two questions though:

1) When testing out the email sending and recieving, is GLPI supposed to pickup the ticket ID from the subject??, and then reference any replies to that ticket?
2) When the email notification of a new ticket comes to a technician, and he hits "reply", the To: field is the email address of the ticket Creator.  Is there a way to automatically CC GLPI itself? so that any replies/conversations are logged??

3) I use OCS, but the version I put in with 0.68.3 of GLPI.  I dont have too much time to also upgrade OCS to whatever the latest version is, so are there any issues (OCS 4100).

oh and

4)  If email attachments are sent by a user opening a ticket, are they accepted and stored by GLPI (IMAP mode) ?  At the moment they dont for me, but that could be a php issue.
