Hello,
is it possible for mailgate created tickets to assign entity by user
assigned entity?
- we have set 1 incoming mail such as support@domain.tld
- users are created under entities and subentities with their email
When email arrives by mailgate it is correctly assigned to user
but does not change assigned entity.
Solution with multiple incoming email addresses and mailgates
is not good for us.
New 0.72 RC1 works great for helpdesk part where we could change
user & entity. Another possible solution for us is to have quick way to
change entity of ticket. Standard transfer is too slow for this job.
Any idea?
