eMail Attachments

Hello again!

Yesterday we could find an "error" with for our roblem with Attachment, when creating a Ticket directly in GLPI.

Now this works fine. BUT attachments from eMails will not attached to the inital Ticket.

I see this thread

- Document Type is allowed ( all @ 1 )
- Size is allowed ( for Test 10 MB )
- As Mail Gateway we use a IMAP Account to a Lotus Notes Server R 5.11
- Folder glpi/files/_tmp exists and is writeable ( 777 )

I see that Attachement will be put in glpi/files/pdf ( for PDF ) glpi/files/xls ( for xls ) and so on.

We can upload the file after Ticket creating, but this is not a solution.

GLPI is a really good System, and we would like to say thanks for it! It's really really helpful!

We checked it, with an IMAP Account on a Exchange and on msn.com. Same Thing.

So we see the problem in GLPI. Does anyone have an Idea?

What GLPI said in debug mode ?  Have a look in /files/_log and _cronlog

Hello JMD,

in glpi/files/_log are no files/loggs. The folder is totaly empty

_cronlog doesn't exist.

Is this maybe the problem?
