Problem with eMail Notification ( charset )

Hello together,

we've got a problem with the User Notification.

In the Test Mail all seems okay ßäöü ect.

Now, when we change the status in a new Ticket, the User gets informed about this and äöüß ect seems like this:

Ã„nderung
but correct is Änderung

We think it's a charset Problem, did anyone have the same problem?

Hello and sorry for that

We've got Version 0.71.3 with no manipulation.

It works on Suse Linux Enterprise Server 9, with Apache 2, PHP5 and on a MySQL5 Database.

We have a Gateway ( IMAP ) to a Lotus Notes 5.11 Server with the same Version of clients.

No sry it doesn't work.

In Mail name the ßüäö looks like this: =?iso-8859-1?Q?=DF_=FC_=E4_=F6?=

In the Body it's look like this: ÃŸ Ã¼ Ã¤ Ã

But we could fix the Problems with File uploading.

The charset "error" is still alive

any ideas?
