problems with date setting

Date settings on the default English language settings works but on my language doesn't.

Since there wasn't translation of the file for my language I did a little bit of editing. I copied the default english file en_GB.php into my own sr_SR.php and added the apropriate line to define.php.
Once I changed to my own language, I see the translation in my language properly. The problem appears when I try to edit the planning dates on the followup ticketing. Can't edit the dates.

Does anyone know where else I have to make the changes for the date editing to work?
