Extra Boxes

Is it possible to include a new box in the computer inventory components section to add the serial number of the component i just added to a pc?

Im surprised that there isnt anything like this for tracking equipment by serial number expecially for  those who build systems from scratch or like to index an entire item at component level.

Not possible.

This feature is only available for peripherals...
But you can treat you componant as peripheral
