when i register a ticket dont appear the button "Save and closed"

Only appear the "Save" button

Anyone how enable "Save and closed" button for a new ticket???
in the last version we can use this button.

I have glpi 0.71.5, it's installed in windows server 2003, its running in normal mode.
apache version is 2.2.3
mysql 4.1
php 4
the authentication of GLPI users is with LDAP.
Before, I had GLPI 0.68.3  and when I did a new ticket, I saw two buttons.
"save" and "Save and close"  but now only appear Save Button

...I have other question
hummm glpi have authentication with LDAP. So, when user loggin in glpi, they can create a new ticket .. exist one box where you can chosse the technician.. but in this moment appear everyone!! I need that in this box only appear the IT team.

I appreciate if you can help me
