Helpdesk with Location

Hi. It wold be great to have the "Location" field in the Helpdesk form.
Some times we open tickets for "stuff" that we will not manage in GLPI. (Ex: install a Datashow at "Location")
And that would be really good to be able to get reports by Location. (Ex: Report by School)
Another suggestion is: The printers should have a Field to the IP, for the network printers.

It's already available , you could have statistics by location....

The printers should have a Field to the IP, for the network printers.

This is possible you just need to create netport in your printer inventory item

Ok, but I still can't make a ticket by Location, and that would be great. Is that possible? If yes, witch files do I need to change?

About the netport can you be a little more specific? Is it the Field "ifaddr" in table "glpi_networking_ports"?

no you can't ticket must be associated to a user wich is in a location

you don't have to edit the db...

You just have to add an netport in your printer inventory view, tab connection.

Ok.... I've tested that way of working and... you are wright, like that we have much more "control".
I saw the networking port and it's fine but, but, can I add the netport at the same time I'm creating the printer, or, do I have to save the printer and then open it to add the netport?

Another question/suggestion: Is it possible to customize the Tracking list? I work with a lot off schools and I need to plan my trajectory. So, I print the Tracking list and I need to know where is the Location of each Ticket. How can I add the Location to the Tracking List?

Another question/suggestion: Is it possible to "clone/duplicate" an "article" (ex: computer)?
It would save some time because a lot of times we don't create a Template but we want to make an "article" exactly like another one except the serial number.

PS: I've tried to join to the Portuguese tranlation group but it not worked. Please tell me how?

No, you need to use template.
