Attaching documents to tickets

We have been using GLPI for some time now, and we are using the 'Documents' section for storing our systems documentation (with tags for easy searching). We have started using the ticketing portion of GLPI as well, and we would like to be able to attach documents to tickets (screenshots, etc.) via the helpdesk interface and via email. We can do both right now, but we would like the documents to be stored in a location that is not visible from the 'Documents' section of GLPI (where we store our regular documentation). I'm not great with PHP, but it seems like I should be able to create a new folder for these ticket attachments and edit a few lines of code to upload these docs to the new folder (that is not visible from the 'Documents' section). Anyone have any ideas?

You could choose in configuration  the default category to use to store the ticket documents.

Re: Attaching documents to tickets

This allows us to at least filter out the documents that are ticket attachments, thanks!
