thx for ur fast reply. Well, franky, it would be nice if it could be integrated in the maindata/template or config. it jsut not convenient if i recieve severla ticket per day.
Could be a chnage request for the future!?

Problem is, that default value of "Time cost" can't be changed in GLPI config/administration pages. In real life every technician receives several tickets per day and sometimes "Time cost" is different for each technician (or for different entity). So, it would be nice if we could change not only default value for "Time cost", but also set different default "Time cost" value for each entity or technician.
Another solution would be to add ability (Action) to set time cost in "Business rules for tickets" - currently in rule action I can assign only Category, Requester, Assigned to, Priority and Status, but there are no posibility to set default Time cost, Fixed cost, Material cost or Item
