passerelles mail automatiques, et ajout du contenu dans le descriptif

Bonjour, j'ai regardé la doc sur le cron, j'ai fait un script /usr/bin/php /home/www/glpi/front/mailgate.php &>/dev/null le soucis c'est ce que ca ne marche pas vu il faut cliquer sur le bouton recuperation mail, et je ne vois pas comment faire pour le faire avec un script.

De plus lorsque la passerelles ajoute le mail, le ticket est bien crée, mais le contenu du mail n'est pas ajouté dans le descriptif du ticket, comment faire pour que cela soit ajouté.

il ne faut pas appeler mailgate.php mais cron.php

le contenu devrait être ajouté à la création du ticket.
Il faudrait dans un premier temps nous donner votre config exacte

bonjour serveur linux fedora core 4, GLPI 0.72.20.

la passerelles de mails va chercher les mails en IMAP sur le serveur mail.
je ne sais pas ce qu'il dire de plus.

Fedora => Essaies les RPM, tout (y compris le cron régulier) est auto-configuré à l'installation.

il recupère bien les mails, mais il met pas le contenu du mail en descrptif toujours. voici la conf :

Afin d'en faciliter l'exploitation, nous vous demandons de :


GLPI Version 0.72.10 vers 0.72.20

Plateforme : Red Har Fedora Core 4

Installé suivant la procédure normal du fichier install avec un tar zxvf du fichier puis copie des fichiers dans le répertoire /home/www/glpi/

    * Les versions  apache 2, php 5 , mysql (et leurs configurations : memory limit etc...)  ....

    * Navigateur utilisé Firefox 3.0.3

     * Pour les notifications par mail ou les passerelles mails : le détail complet des serveurs et clients utilisés : Serveur mail : zimbra 5.0.6. client IMAP depuis glpoi.

    * La configuration de GLPI : authentification externe pas encore d'authentification externe par AD.
passerelles mails imap, no cert, no tls.     {webmail.prestades.com/imap/novalidate-cert/notls} .

je poserai les logs apres.

Re bonjour, j'ai aussi ces erreurs en mode debug lorsque je vais sur glpi.
Je ne sais pas si c'est en rapport avec l'ajout des mails dans les tickets.

Par contre je ne trouve pas les logs, il ne sont pas /var/log/message ou dans le répertoire de GLPI.
Si vous pouvez me dire ou il se trouve.

L'erreur PHP est classique en 5.1.1 ou 5.1.2 => versions moisies.
