it's in french?
OK I installed this software and it apears that it is all in French. What did I do wrong? And how do I
fix it?

When you install GLPI if you choose english the default langage must be english after.
If not goto (in french) - Préférences and choose english in the "Sélectionnez une Langue:" box.
When GLPI is in english and you could change the default langage in Setup/ General Setup
