Hey everyone. I have Cacti and GLPI on the same server (Ubuntu 7.10). Everything in Cacti works great however the Cacti plugin in GLPI is showing all of the devices but the graph images are broken. I can not view the graphs. I did experience a similar situation in Cacti until I changed the permissions of the RRA Folder and RRD files to the WWW-Data group.
Could this be a permissions issue or did I miss a step?
Thanks in advance!

I have been looking around in the GLPI database and noticed glpi_plugin_cacti_graph. Currently, there are no entries in this particular table. Should there be?

you need set the "guest" permissions in Graphs, or, you only view the graphs on GLPI when you logged in
Thanks

Ok I am still having problems. I have enabled the guest user account in Cacti and also made sure that "View Graphs" option was checked. Is there anything else I can check?
I can view graphs in cacti but still get broken image links for the graphs in GLPI.

Do you actually have
URL of Database: http://localhost/cacti
or do you have the actual server hostname in that field?
Offline
http://localhost/cacti is what I actually put in. Since GLPI and Cacti are on the same server I thought it would work which I am pretty sure it does since it returns the listed server names but just doesn't show the graphs.

Try replacing 'localhost' with the IP in this field:
URL of Database: http://localhost/cacti

Hi
go to Settings > Authentication.
In the field:
Guest User
The name of the guest user for viewing graphs; is "No User" by default.
Choice the "guest"
Go to User Management, choice the "guest"
Enable the options:

Here, works

I have version 70.2. I did have to make a few changes per your suggestion. I am wondering if the change should be immediate or if I need to maybe restart everything and see how it goes. I'll keep you posted on what happens.
Thank you for your response.

Hi,
The link explaining the configuration for the user Guest in user management is not working
How should we configure the user Guest for glpi?
Thanks
