I am having problems changing private knowledge base documents to public document for the public faq. I thought you just edit the document and checked the box public faq. I also tried creating a new document and by default set it to be public, but I did not see a checkbox or where to change the new document to public document. Any ideas?
Thanks

When I put GLPI in debug mode I get the following error.
PHP ERROR: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /var/www/glpi/inc/common.function.php:153) in /var/www/glpi/inc/display.function.php at line 1970.
Running glpi mode I still do not get an option to switch the document to public faq.

I removed all the plugins per the upgrade instruction from 68.3 to 70.2. I will download newest version and see if this fixes the problem.

I have upgraded to GLPI .071.1 and things have improved now when I look at faq it shows the faq is not public, but does not have the dropdown box to change faq to public by choosing yes. How do you remove a plugin that does not show in the plugin setup?

For The FAQ :
- are you super-admin ?
- have you right to the FAQ ?
A FAQ article will have public visibility when defined as FAQ=yes + root entity + sub-entitty=yes.

Yes, I am a super-admin.
After I looked at the rights for glpi profiles I for super admin on the FAQ super-admin had no access for rights faq. I changed the faq to write and everything is working right now. I wonder why the rights on the faq changed for super-admin? I never access this settings until tonight.
Thanks for your help and suggestions!
