Hi, I'am from Latvia and currently testing GLPI for my company. Everything works fine, only question I have and which i can't find anywhere else is, is it possible to add new helpdesk ticket by sending e-mail? If yes, then how can I do that and is it possible to assign new ticket depending on e-mail's subject?

To add new helpdesk ticket by sending e-mail you must activate mail gateways on the setup.
