Attachments by a follow up mail to a ticket possible!
Hello,
I cannot send attachments by a follow up mail to a ticket, they are thrown away in 0.71-RC2. Only to the first creation of the ticket by mail the sending of attachments is working. Is this by design or a bug?

give us more informations... attachements need to be integrated.
Do you have information in debug mode ? Followups are created ?
In which language do you use GLPI ? (a bug have already been detected and corrected for several languages)

- Version of GLPI is 0.71-RC2, this and rest of config you can see in my signature
- different attachment types and size tested like pdf or doc
- preferred or common language is englisch
- follow ups by mail are created perfectly, but without attachment
- i cannot see any failure in debug mode, sorry
- new tickets by mail with attachments is working, only follow up with attachment not
additional information while pressing "Get email tickets now" in mail gateway config:
- for new ticket with attachment it shows me a message with creation of ticket and upload item
- for follow up with attachment it only shows me creation to the ticket - no upload

In fact I think that attachments with followups are not allowed for the moment.
I believe that there are major problems with unwanted attachments (previous message for example)

It is a while ago so a question: will this be solved? It could be very useful!
Either attachments to followup (currently not possible) or added to main request.
