Sorry that I do not know French.
When looking up Templates, I do not see the templates created under "test-entity1". I assume it's a bug.

templates are specific to an entity.
In root entity, you will see aonly templates of root entity not test-entity1 ones.
Recursivity on templates is a planned feature.
