Error: Plugin Addressing

Hi,
i have one problem with the "IP Addressing" plugin.

GLPI 0.71
Addressing 1.6

I go to Plugins > Ip Addressing

Add a new network, the first ip, and the last, and fill the all fields.

But, when i go to "Tools > Reports > Ip Addressing" i click in "Generate"

This error is displayed:

Error accessing config table

And report is not generate
