error “The LDAP extension of your PHP parser isn't installed”

I want to connect GLPI with users from LDAP (from my AD).
In GLPI Setup>Authenticatoin >LDAP I see error  “The LDAP extension of your PHP parser isn't installed” 
and  “Impossible to use LDAP as external source of connection”
What can I do for install LDAP ?

xampp-win32-1.5.2
System PHP    Windows NT HP 5.0 build 2195
Windows 2000 server sp4   
Apache Version     Apache/2.2.0 (Win32)

search engine is your friend.
Search "LDAP extension" in english section and you will have your answer

OK
I did,
I changed one line in php.ini  with your instruction and now I see what I want.
